Terri Facci Ann, a cherished third-grade teacher at Globe Park School within the Woonsocket School Department, was tragically involved in a harrowing incident back in 2007. On September 24, 2007, at Landmark Medical Centre in Woonsocket, this dedicated 47-year-old educator passed away under mysterious circumstances, connected to the infamous house known as the Conjuring House.

Who Was Terri Facci?
Terri was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She was the beloved only daughter of Dolores (Lefebvre) Ficca of North Smithfield and the late Anthony P. Ficca. In 1978, Terri graduated from high school. After her high school education, she continued her academic pursuits.
Terri followed her passion for education, earning a Master of Arts in Teaching from Roger Williams University and a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She was also enrolled in a Master’s program in primary education before her untimely passing. Her energetic and positive demeanor left a lasting impact on the lives of many, both in and out of the classroom.
Terri Facci Ann was affectionately known to her students as “Miss Ficca.” She was a devoted teacher with a deep love for adventure. For 12 years, she coached Woonsocket Softball and enjoyed activities such as camping, climbing, and hiking.
What Caused Terri’s Death?
Terri Facci was an educated individual and a passionate teacher, fondly referred to as ‘Miss Ficca.’ Her positive and active personality endeared her to many. However, tragedy struck when she became involved with the Conjuring House in Burrillville, Rhode Island. The horrifying circumstances she experienced are beyond imagination.
The exact cause of her death remains shrouded in mystery, and her passing may be connected to an incident at this historic location, which has a long history of haunting tales and unsolved mysteries.
Who Currently Owns the Conjuring House?
It may seem unimaginable to acquire a house associated with sudden and mysterious deaths, yet countless people are drawn to such locations in search of unique experiences. With this in mind, Boston developer Jacqueline Nuñez purchased the house for a staggering $1.525 million.
The converted Conjuring House now offers guided daytime tours at $25 per person (ages 13 and above) and $20 for children aged 7 to 12. It is open for adventure and tour-related companies, as well as school tours. Additionally, private overnight reservations are available at $960 per night (Sunday through Thursday) for groups of up to six people or $1,280 per night (Fridays and Saturdays) for groups of up to eight. After participating in a nighttime tour, visitors have the opportunity to explore the grounds in search of paranormal activity.
