Sydney Elizabeth Ledoux Cause of Death

On November 26, 2023, Sydney Elizabeth Ledoux lost her life in a car accident. While traveling north on Route 85 in Hebron, CT, she veered into the southbound lane, colliding with a mailbox and a tree. Tragically, she was declared dead at the scene, and there were no other vehicles involved in the incident. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.

Academically, Sydney Elizabeth Ledoux excelled, graduating from Bolton High School in 2018 and earning a Bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in 2022. At the time of her passing, she was pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology at Emerson College, with plans to continue her education and achieve a doctorate in Audiology.

Sydney Elizabeth Ledoux career reflected her passion for helping others. She served as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at New London Public Schools and contributed her talents to Motta’s Bakery in Columbia, leaving a positive impact on many lives.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Sydney embraced a variety of hobbies and interests. An artistically gifted individual, she enjoyed attending concerts spanning country, pop, and Latina music genres. Sydney was adept with tools, showcasing her ability to build and fix things. A voracious reader, skilled soccer player, and a true “Dog Whisperer,” she shared a special bond with animals, including her beloved four-legged friends: Bailey, Ham, Sophie, and Oliver.

Sydney Elizabeth Ledoux is survived by her devoted mother, Jennifer Migliore Ledoux, and her partner, Wesley Sargent; her sister, Sierra Ledoux (Haley), of Worcester, MA; her father, Glenn Ledoux, step-mother Danielle of Tolland, CT; step-brother Cameron, half-brother Austin; grandmother Rebeca Garcia of Palmetto, FL; grandfather Jack Migliore of Manchester, CT; uncle Jeffrey Migliore of East Hartford, CT; and numerous cousins and friends.

A celebration of Sydney’s life is scheduled for Sunday, December 3, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at D’Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. James Church, 896 Main Street, Manchester, CT. Attendees are kindly asked to proceed directly to the church on Monday morning. Burial will be a private affair.
