The world wasn’t prepared for Cody. Graduating from Kelly Walsh High School in 2004, he crossed paths with his future wife Frances in early elementary school, rekindling their connection in 2010 and tying the knot in 2014.

An outdoors enthusiast since childhood, Cody Sargent cherished hunting, fishing, and camping, often sharing these activities with his father, Brett. He effortlessly made friends through his various passions, always ready for a good conversation over a drink. Known for his perfect blend of spontaneity and reliability, Cody never missed an invitation and was always there for others, offering his love, skills, knowledge, and favorite beers. Survived by his wife Frances, their son Owen, father Brett, mother Dee, brother Kaycee, sisters Erin and Ashkia, nieces Victoria, Naya, Shyanna, and Kamdyn, nephews Kristian, Hunter, Mason, and Holton, along with numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
