She wholeheartedly embraced her role as a cheerleader for both St. Stanislaus and Our Lady Academy, spreading cheer and positivity wherever she went. Her dedication extended beyond the cheerleading squad, as she also displayed remarkable skill and determination as a member of the Our Lady Archery Team. In addition to these accomplishments, Alexandra’s passion for the arts shone brightly as she founded the Art Club at her alma mater.
Her spiritual life was an essential part of her identity, as she was a devoted member of St. James Church in Gulfport, MS, finding solace and strength in her faith.
Beyond her academic and extracurricular pursuits, Alexandra Alford Healy possessed a zest for life. She found joy in the graceful art of gymnastics and the liberating act of dancing, radiating energy and enthusiasm on the floor. Her heart was open, and her kindness knew no bounds, making her a cherished friend to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She held a special place in her heart for Desoto Camp in Mentone, AL, where she created treasured memories and deepened her connections with others.
Alexandra leaves behind a legacy of love and inspiration. She is survived by her mother, Rosi Nguyen Healy; her father, George W. Healy IV; her brother, Thomas Cantwell Healy; and her sister, Katherine Grace Healy. Her memory will forever be etched in their hearts.

A Mass of Christian Burial in honor of Alexandra’s life will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, located at 724 Camp St. in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the stroke of noon. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation period from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. After the solemn burial ceremony at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie Cemetery, a reception for family and friends will immediately follow at the Lake Lawn Event Center.
